Our flagship, life-changing programme – the only one of it’s kind on earth. The aims are strength and fitness which stands up to the tests life throws at us outside of the gym. From a strength perspective, this translates to the ability to safely lift your own bodyweight in the form of callisthenics, the ability to precisely move heavier amounts of weight using barbells and the ability to carry, drag and push you unconventional objects under control.
From a fitness perspective, we utilise metabolic conditioning methods to improve aerobic and anaerobic fitness in a way that doesn’t detract from strength progress. Another major aim is to improve postural balance, mobility and flexibility. In essence, the aim of the RWF Programme is to get stronger, get leaner and get fitter – in a sustainable way. We use all the tools available to use from a movement, nutrition and recovery perspective to ensure produce world class results every time.
SInce 2012, we’ve helped hundreds of athletes to achieve their sporting goals at regional, national and international level in a range of sports such as Martial Arts, Powerlifting, Weightlifting, Cycling, Rugby, Hockey, Soccer and Running to name a few.
Our approach is to gain an understanding of the athlete, the needs of the sport and the athlete’s goals before devising a holistic programme of support ranging from strength and conditioning, recovery and regeneration strategies, nutrition coaching and performance lifestyle support. Our aim is to give our athletes access to the tools, knowledge and support available to professional athletes competing at the highest level on the world stage.

We work with organisations from a number of sectors, from local small businesses to global multinationals to help employees and teams to increase energy and resilience, decrease fatigue and stress, reduce aches and pains, manage weight or other biometrics, or even take on a new challenge such as running a 10K.
