Great gym with really knowledgeable and passionate staff. A community of likeminded people, all looking to better themeselves in one way or another. Equally suitable to both the beginner and advanced trainer. Without doubt the best decision I have taken in respect of my health and well-being has been joining Hench. A completely unique gym, there is no-where in Belfast like it. Besides the excellent equipment, knowledgeable coaches and friendly environment, this gym focuses on the progress of every individual. Small classes ensure a high level of individual attention and coaching. The coaches have created a safe, friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. I cannot recommend this gym highly enough.

Would really recommend Hench to people at all stages of their fitness journey. The supportive and collaborative coaching style has really helped me on my way to achieving my goals and its been great to see how I'm progressing week on week. There are so many exercise slots to choose from which makes it easy to flex around my work schedule. I've had some issues with a shoulder injury I had prior to joining hench. The coaches have been mindful of this and have tailored a programme for me based around this which has been really beneficial to me.
